This messages go's away for 1-2 seconds and then comes back, this continue's happening and does not stop
until I use task manager to close the debugger.
Anyway, what do I do to make the debugger connect to my PS3?

I'd repair debugger from Programs and Features and try again.

Ok, so I proceeded to repair the debugger in Programs and Features, but that didn't make a difference. So instead I reinstalled Target Manager & Debugger and that didn't help either..

Hmm.. So debugger doesn't open at all? I'm assuming you've connected your system and all with tm?

I'd say test another PC to see if that's the issue.

I tried with another PC, and I had the same issue.

Then it must be your TMAPI settings or debug settings. What's your boot mode, release check mode, and network settings for debug set to in debug settings?
