Then when it was done it said to restart then it beeped then never restarted the screen would not show up the power button would not turn it off. So i un-plugged it the tried it the same thing no video , audio , and cant use the power button to turn it off. I can do all the steps to enter recovery and hear the beeps but its still nothing , I have had this ps3 for years I cant even write this little paragraph my grammar is probably all messed up , i really need help please thank you.

No you won't lose CFW when you restore your HDD. I would recommend you put that HDD into another PS3 and restore it then swap it back. Since you're not able to get into safe mode. Sounds like a soft brick
