tbh i dont know why but im lost rn,,,,,your not explaining it clearly ....sorry if your trying to explain it the best you can. can u tell me these details? :

1- So You Were On 4.75 Rebug REX?

2- What Were You Trying To Do, [CEX to DEX] With? or Without? Flash Dumps?

3- Was Your Target ID Set To DEX via Rebug Toolbox? Example You must login or register to view this content.

Sorry For All These Questions LOL. Im Just Trying To Narrow Everything Down To What Is Actually Needed To Fix Your Brick.

1. Yes

2.Get my target id back to cex to downgrade because my debug settings wasn't working i had everything right so i thought downgrade then updating back would fix some settings that are causing the debug setting problem.

3. It was dex

Ok, So You Have A DEX To CEX Brick........When You Try To Power On Your PS3 Does It Do Any Crazy Beeps(3-5 beeps) Or Change Colors? Do You Have To Put It Into Recovery Menu? Or Does It Boot Auto To Recovery Mode?
