I've heard of once you get online with a private CID, you should switch it to a banned CID or 00000000000000000000000000000000.
Also im not sure if PSNinja and PSN Patch work because I'm getting a lot of different opinions , either they dont work or they work or they get you banned faster.
If any of these options work can you reply with exactly how to follow through example what time I should change my CID or what options I should use on the homebrew apps (PSNinja and PSN Patch).

Honestly it really comes down to whatever works for you, as you said some people don't use PSNPatch or PSNinja and go unbanned for a year+ others do but still get banned so it's just trial & error until you find what works for you.
