Personally if you want a good VPN your going to have to pay. I use Private Internet Access, they have really good service and customer support if you have any questions. There subscription service is good for the money and can choose to connect to different states (USA) or different Countries around the world.

in this video i show how to connect your console to a vpn, personally ive tried 7 diff vpns, and i find ipvanish has the best/fastest servers, however if you dont want to be ddos'd at all i suggest getting a ovh an setting up openvpn on it
