If you don't use a VPN then getting booted is going to happen if you play cod.

Just back out if you see another modder, and dont be host. Thats 2 easy ways to get booted less frequently.

There are tons of tutorials available on YouTube, watch one and follow up.

Easy, just don't play the game.

Cedric wrote a small line in C# to in effect spoof the ip displayed in game to 137.137.137.137 for BO2. Which I am sure is easily usable on MW3 as well (wouldn't be directly usable)
