I am on 4.80 CEX how do i covert it to DEX. *I have checked few tutorials out and the 4.80*doesn't*have some things on it like the*like dump eid root key and the toggle QA flash or*something*along those lines.*Any help*would be*appreciated. Or if*there is any other good tutorials which you suggest please link me to them.

No i dont have a spoofer installed as I am on 4.80 and I am on 02.02.05 rebug toolbox

Ah that's why. You're toolbox is outdated for your CFW. Delete your current one and install this one:
