Haxor!
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I just copied my Black Ops 2 disc onto my internal hard drive using multiman. I was able to load the game from multiman and play offline from it. I wanted to change my EBOOT for the game so that I can go online. So I downloaded CCAPI2.60 (since I'm on REBUG DEX 4.70) on my PC and PS3 and Filezilla as well. I am able to connect to my PS3 using CCAPI and Filezilla. Everything seems to be fine until here.

As seen from tutorials for changing the EBOOT for a game, I went on Filezilla and trying going to /dev_hdd0/game/BLUS31011. However, when I go to /dev_hdd0/game/, I do not see BLUS31011 or any folder that resembles my game (Black Ops 2). However, I do see the game folder in /dev_hdd0/GAMES/BLUS31011-[Call of Duty Black Ops II]. Why do I not see my game folder in /dev_hdd0/game/?

I am new to using CFW PS3 any help would be appreciated. It is also possible that I do not know a proper way to change the EBOOT of the game, so any advice on that would be great also.

You need to update the game first.

That's incorrect. You are never really supposed to replace files in /GAMES.

That's incorrect. It reads from /game folder as that's the update. Not /GAMES. Only thing read from there are the internal game files. Such as you would find on a disc.
