Does your drive make a weird eject sound when you put in a disc? Do apps work?

Exactly! Inserting the disc I hear sound such as the sound when the disc is pull out from Console (but the disc remain in my PS3).
And yes! My homebrews works normally!

Your laser is most likely burned out on the bluray drive. You'd need it replaced.

If i put my disc of COD BO2 in my PC, is there a program to see the files in the disc? To extract, for example, the BLES, and transfer it to my PS3 with FileZilla! (This because I can't find online the BLES01718 (BO2 in italian) but only BLES01717 (BO2 in english): I searched it everywhere: I can't find it, so i was thinking to open the ISO! But the disc does not appear in PC Resources).
So: the way of the disc in the PC... Can be done?
