You can buy brand new PS3 (little big planet jp bundle) from play-Asia...atleast they had some the other day. Might find other hackable models as well...if you don't want to buy a used one. Little big planet will be a NOR..just update to 3.55 then do whatever you please with it..I would suggest you open it up and break some plastic to allow more heat to escape since the later phat models don't have good ventalation.

Buy a ps3 from the pawn shop and send it to modslink to get downgraded. Thats what i do its cheap.

you can usually get them off online trading "shops" such as ebay, i got mine from my local trade website TradeMe if you live in NZ, other than that Ebay, you might be able to find a told model ps3 at pawn shops or by asking around, then u can buy a e3 flasher and jailbreak it yourself
