That usually means the CID is banned.

Possibly or he may need to use SEN Enabler to sign in.

If you're on CEX 4.78 or lower make sure you have a 4.80 spoofer enabled so you can get online, if you're on DEX you don't need a spoofer so that error probably means your CID is banned, i would re input your CID and set it to boot to check and make sure if you're on DEX and if you still can't sign in then it's the CID.

Wouldn't surprise me as sellers tend to sell the same CID to multiple people then of course it gets banned quicker. I'll PM you the person i get mine from & i'll also go ahead and close this now. :stop:
