maybee try some basics brother ....firstly make sure your pup is named PS3UPDAT.PUP .....SECONDLY make sure your filders on your phat32 formatted usb are as ollows ....PS3 in that folder put a folder callled UPDATE ...then put your pup inside there ......now it dosnt really matter what pup you use weather its ITA or rebug ...but iff you pullled your hddo out while your conole was on DEX the pup your going to have to use is a dex pup ..and vice versa .....iff it was on cex ..

Make sure you are naming everything correctly and all. That could also be it, also that it's formatted to FAT32.



Normally, you have to install last CFW on the system and nothing else will work. Regardless it's safer. Also, it's FAT32 format lol.

What's being staff have to do with anything? I never said anything about going from ITA to Rebug vice versa being unsafe. But when you've formatted your HDD most of time will only recognize you're last CFW. It's safer as part of the CFW is on the system and needs to be reinstalled.
