So after asking around I was told I need to reinstall my FW. So I reinstalled my FW and nothing happened. I went to 4.78.2 because it was recommended, nothing. I went to go install DEX of 3.55 and the file was corrupt, I tried 2 USBs. I don't know what to do at this point. My PS3 starts up, black screen for 10 seconds, then I get loaded XMB. But since I fucked this shit up with installing firmwares, I can't use CCAPI. My fan also doesn't turn on until Webman loads and webman doesnt load for like 10-20 seconds.
