(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); all my ps3 tools lag while connecting and attaching whether i use TMAPI or CCAPI. even when selecting the API it lags. i haven't always had this problem though. after the first time it happened it went away and would connect flawlessly but now they are continuing to lag. i haven't changed firmwares settings nothing at all. is there any fix to this?

Did you move locations or wires or anything? Router settings? Debug?

You should try a diff PC to see if that's the issue or not.

I don't have another sad times but it's not even a year old yet not sure how it could be slow and I'm 99% sure it doesn't have a virus

Even if it did not sure why it would target only those things. You should try to see if you can test with another so you can find out issue easier.
