Im on 4.80 DEX and my COBRA's REBUG TOOLBOX firmware is 7.05 and I would load ps2 games

I downloaded reActPSN 2.23 and PS2 Classics Manager v1.02 with the game I would play (Dragon ball bodukai tenkaichi 2) and I downloaded and converted it and now the game is converted in .iso so I try to launch the game via ps2 classics manager but I got this error 80010006 and if I launch via app_home/PS3_GAME/ I got 80028F14 while I do not have BD emulator on my multiman 4.80. I hope someone help me for this big mess I also hope my understanding is clear*

use webman to load them, thats all i do. if you have a ps2 games thats palX you need to have your console set to palX (region for game) or it will black screen if i remember rightly, example on dex, i'm from Australia and i copyed my old ps2 games on computer so i set my region to Ocarina cause thats my Region, default for my console was Japan but my ps2 games would not work as they where for AU NZ etc so i had to set my Region in debug setting as for cex you have to have disc for your console region cant just change it, so if you console example cechJ02 = Australia / NZ so i need a PAL copy for my region as ps2 games are region locked
