Post: Help ps3 corrupted

i deleted the xmb out of filezila on rebug then it comes up with that at top ive tryed 2 downgrade files 3.55 and when they do they get to 98% and stay on it for like 12 hours and doesnt go up any help?

What the hell are your trying to do. Do you even know what your tampering with? I suppose you do not and get the impression you do not know what your getting yourself into.
And these sort of questions do not belong here. Learn what each section's purpose is for so you know where to post accordingly ok? There are specific section's to help keep the organization of content clean and well kept.

It's like tampering with the core framework of your house and not knowing what your tinkering with. Not a very wise decision to say the least.

Reformat the hdd then install the same CFW that you were on.

do what bmob said and dont delete anything that you dont know what it is lol, infact dont delelte anything without asking someone lol, you deleting that folder is basically terminating the explorer.exe process on your PC, its a big nonononononononno
