Yes they should all work on Windows 10. Keep in mind though that some older tools might not because Windows 10 is new and the tools were made before Windows 10 came out.

No, not all tools work for Windows 10. Many have issues or cannot open. Don't recommend updating, honestly I've heard Windows 10 is shit anyways. Better off staying on a more stable release with everything working.
