What would help? Restore file system? Rebuild database? Restore PS3 system?

Not sure any would as its system files that were replaced. Do as I said first. Make sure you quote me back.

No. I told you to update all your apps such as mm and toolbox. Then to make sure you weren't disabling sys calls or using ofw mode.
