It worked once for someone I helped. We downgraded to 3.55 ofw and formatted. I couldn't ever fix it besides that. It's def a big bug.

i'm on 4.80 rebug(d-rex) and my webman works perfectly and i was on 4.80 rex for a little and webman worked fine, but in saying that i've had a issue on 4.80 rebug where if you change hdd it doesn't wanna accept update but this is only happening on my cech2102A when my cech2002 worked before it got full ylod i didn't have a issue though that ps3 had no bd patch and rsod bypass, because i use to use that ps3 to test modified cfw and i had to reflash alot and my flash on computer has RSOD so i was forever fixing that when i reflashed console after brick. like i didn't keep screws in it as i bricked it so opfen i had the wire for unbricking with some electrical tape on the end feed though a hole so desoldered end was where bd drive was, but thats off topic
