i am on Rebug 4.80 Dex also and i could still CCAPI rtm with it, you just gotta install the CCAPI .pkg file in ur ps3 and get the CCAPI software for ur computer and u will be able to conmect

there is no rtm tools for mw2 , black ops , or mw3 /: but it says on my ps3 your firmware is not compatible with version 2.60 .. I can only use 2.70

Use 2.70 ccapi I am on 4.80 cfw and use 2.70 ccapi. Or just use tmapi

There is a thread in [Ps3 Mods and Cheats] and they give u the .dll for CCAPI 2.70 and then replace those 2 items u downloaded and place them in the folder your rtm tool is in and it will work

This is the thread, You must login or register to view this content. , just download the .dll from there and place the 2 items it came with into ur rtm folder

hi, there is CCAPI avalibe for that firmware so there is no need to downgrade, if i was you since you are on DEX i would use TMAPI as it is a lot faster and wil be compatible with every tool that has TMAPi in it
