I downloaded a BO2 RTM Tool 5RTM Tool by Geo 1.19) and it wouldn't open and the same happened when I downloaded an MW3 RTM Tool and a BO1 Mod menu (EnCoRe V8.3) I couldn't open the GSC Injector once again, now I have GSC Studio for BO2 and that works perfect for every GSC BO2 Menu but I can't use other GSC Injector or they won't open. Has this something to do with them being in a WinRar file because some RTM Tools worked when I opened them in WinRar but not when I transported it to my desktop or is this cause I have antivirus installed (McAfee) I'm not sure why these RTM Tools or GSC Injectors don't work besides the GSC Studio which causes no problem

Make sure you have the latest .NET frameworks installed, this will make the tools compatible with your PC, also you may need to disable your antiirus as some tools are encripted and some antivirus pick this up as a nono, also yes u are going to need winRar or 7zip or something to unpack the .rar files that the tools come in
