For some reason when I go to the Rebug toolbox and I try to follow the steps of switching to dex it says I can't and gives me an error. I want to know if I can upgrade 4.78.1 rebug to 4.80 rebug and if 4.80 rebug is safe/legit. I also need help getting online and actually modding games etc. I don't really know what eboots are. Also for osme reason my disc drive is fucked up so is there any way I can digitally download games such as Black Ops 2 and mod them? (use mod menu on the digitally downloaded game)

for some reason i just tried updating 4.78.1 rebug rex to 4.80 rebug rex and it doesnt work it says error at like 53%

So I install the Rebug 4.80 PS3UPDAT.PUP on my USB. Then I go into system update and click on Storage media and when it is updating it freezes at 53% and gives me an error not allowing me to install 4.80 rebug
