So then you have to be spoofing your CID. I don't understand how you don't understand what I'm saying. Anyways, that could be your issue. Content is licensed to two systems (CIDs). If you've had multiple on the account you may have gone over and it's not working because of that.

Either that or it's licensed to your original CID and when it's being changed it makes you re download it for that CID. But it's stuck in between both, confused sort of. So it doesn't work.
