Id like to know step by step, how to get my firmware to 4.80 dex rebug, or a firmware close to that that i can spoof and get online. What about 4.76.1 rebug on 2.60 rev7? Stable enough for what id like to do?

4.76 isn't a very stable CFW. But it's up to you. CCAPI would work.
