The External Storage is formated in FAT32 so thats not the problem. i copied Black ops 3 on the storage to play and mod this game. but if i connect a tool via ccapi i cant unlock or change prestige or what ever. it seems like the tool cannot access into the external HDD via ccapi.* Anyone know a fix for this problem ??

Shouldn't have anything to do with the HDD. Make sure your debug settings are set correctly. What are your boot mode, release check mode, and network settings for debug?
