It you do this it will delete everything from your CFW and put it on your ofw. CFW wouldn't be lost, but you wouldn't be able to play games with modded eboots or launch modded apps on ofw.

oh..so I should not transfer the cfw to my ofw? i mean like if my cfw goes to my ofw will my ofw be a cfw? can i launch homebrew apps? rtm etc..

No, firmwares are not transferred through data transfers and things like RTM, SPRX, homebrew etc cannot be used on OFW.
