Update: when I boot the game I get black screen? I've already updated it so how do I fix this?

You are supposed to place in /GAMES folder. Make sure you enable BD mirror and internal, should fix your black screen.

Hello yes I did place in the GAMES folder and I enabled what you said it's still black screen?

Also the folder I put in the GAMES folder was just the region code BLES1717 was I suppose to put the - black ops II in there too or does that not matter?

Folder name in /GAMES doesn't matter. Did you replace the eboot in there or mess with it at all? Is your game updated?

i think i know what i did wrong? was i suppose to download the game to 100% first? then do all this? (because i just paused the game and put it into to filezilla?)

Why would you do that? Yes you need to download it all and it's better to transfer with USB.

Not hard to get, for modding you should have 32GB at least.
