(This time I received an email that I was banned for having pirated software on my PS3)

Now here is the question, in the email it says I was console banned. But I'm not.
I mod trophy's on eBay for $, I logged in one of my testing accounts and it let me log in. Last time I was fucked
I just want to know if I should wait a while before modding trophy's again, I don't want my customers accounts to get banned. So far no reports of being banned.

Note: The only pirated game was Battlefield Hardline, that's the only game I've been modding for fun for about 6 months.

Don't use PSninja. When you delete your history is shows sony that you have a Jailbroken console and such. (I think BassHaxor made a video on it a while back) I would suggest that you stick with psn patch. And for your original question I would wait. (Since your console isn't banned yet)
