But when i disabled SEN access on SEN Enabler it say's im on 4.65
i have never actually been on 4.65 i went from 3.55 to 4.70
So what i want to know is it safe to update from 4.70 to 4.75 even though my firmware does not say im on 4.70

If you disabled spoofer, restored default spoof, then yes you're on that CFW it says. Just restore default spoof, then update to whatever you want. I'd get rid of sen, it can cause issues or get you banned.
