I'm getting that too on ipvanish and Private Internet Access. I haven't found a solution yet. I think (I could be wrong) when you access PSN website, it automatically blocks your ip.

Yea i dont know tbh , i dont get on bo2 or mw3 anymore because alot of people just been booting people for the dumbest reasons and thats why i been trying to connnect my vpn to my ps3 so that no ones able to get my ip. Anyways hope you find a solution.

There's a ip hide for bo2 which hides your ip from others.
