From The Game Utility Data I erase both game BLES And BLUS. Now I don't know how to reinstall it back on my system..*I'm on Dex 4.78..

If you deleted the BLES/BLUS Folders all you have to do it put your game in and start it. It should re-install whatever you deleted.
