Maybe the console ID you got given was banned or try using a different account

i tried that and it still dint work plus the cid wasn't banned until i put it on my system then it got banned any suggestions

If it states that you have been banned from PSN, then you have been banned. If it does not, then you are not banned from PSN. Spoof your CID to a CEX CID, Also check your debug settings.

Make sure your NP environment in debug settings is set to np

Also have that CEX option in Rebug.

It times out iff your NP ENVIROMENT is wrong ...error 8002A224 is a ID error ....try reseting your ids ...count them characters ..make sure you have 32 characters in both cid ( idps ) and psid..

It may not be a CID error. What's your np environment? Also, is your CID 84 or 82?

I had that problem when I converted to Dex all I did was go on psn patch copy idps and cid go into ccapi on laptop input both and set as boot and mine works fine now
