In my opinion REBUG D-REX(DEX) is the best DEX firmware. Either 4.75, 4.78 or the newest 4.80 which is what i'm on.

its on 4.70 dex is it easy to change to 4.80 dex sorry for all my questions

You can play online on your JB PS3 so no you don't NEED 2 and yes just install the new DEX firmware over top.
