From using my common sense, their would be somethings I would try and do.

- Change the system's language.
- Use a torrented french version (we can't provide you with Warez; it is not allowed here.)
- Change subtitles to french.
- Make a new PSN Account on a French Country Version.

Change your system language

you will need to download the bles00684(i think) version of the game, there is no publicly released tools that i know of that will allow you to change the language to french, by that i mean i tryed changing the lanugae files it blackscreens because the region is not right, if you wanna by it then ebay or french psn store is the place to go, you will need a debit card or something like that if you wanna buy otherwise you will have to try get it another way, just look for a french site that has the dlc and games sections with mega upload links etc, changing console language won't help as it only supports one language on mw2, unless the blus versions have more then 1 but i doubt it. Example: my ps3 is in japanese, and i have the bles00683 and bles00687 versions of the game, the story is still English even on Spanish version but the subtitles and text as well as the multiplayer voices will be in the language of the copy of the game you own, i've tried difference languages on my system in the pass it doesn't help unless your playing bo1, waw or bo2 as those games have 2 languages per version, example. EN/FR ES/ITA etc
