I used the 999 dex downgrader to see if I could install the MFW Rebug through there but still the same error occurred but had no issue reinstalling the original Rebug 4.80.1 & I tested ITA just to see if it was my console acting up to different CFWs.. Is there something special that has to be enabled to install this version?

If you didn't change any of that before, then don't mess with it. I recommend you go to 4.75 so I can further assist and get you to CEX.

Okay, installing 4.75 D-REX now. Once it finishes should I just try to swap the lv2 kernel again?

Okay, so I was able to swap the lv2 kernel to CEX, but, when I try to rewrite target id, I get the message "Please provide the following file and try again:
/dev_usb000/CEX-FLASH.EID0.NORBIN"
I've never had this file before.

EDIT: I figured out I was trying to convert it in the wrong order and I was now able to flash the MFW after getting on CEX, thank you tons Christian <3
