Depends ...iff you have just converted to DEX its as easy as changing your id region from DEX 82 to whatever region you are in ...
OR if you have changed your ids trying to use some bs generated id or a free 1 .....you will have to buy a proper set .

nnah i bought the id from a trusted company and no i havent converted from either i think im on cex at the momentt

What program are you using to set your new cid?

What CFW are you on? If your not on 4.80, then you will need to spoof. But first make sure you set the CID using Webman if on rebug, or using Gamesonic manager or IRISMAN

its your region you need to change 84 i think its us and 87 is uk not sure about others
