I came from the Xbox 360 RGH scene

I picked up a ps3 slim, got a e3 flasher, downgraded the console, jailbroke it
It is running rebug 4.80
I went from cex to dex

I'm having an issue with the gta v mod menus. I've watched a lot of videos, and read a lot
whatever i do, i assume i am missing something
Is there a mod menu for gta v that can be used offline as well as online?
I've downloaded so many gta v mod menus, followed the instructions thoroughly, placing the sprx. eboot, and update files to where they need to go
For some reason, i can't get the mod menu to pop up at all offline as a test
I use a usb flash drive to transfer files to the ps3

You could get Lexicon its offline and online it's a very good one

You probably didn't convert the game region to BLES01807.

just as a quick check the files are going where needed:
EBOOT.BIN & update.rpf: hdd0\game\BLES01807\USRDIR\
SPRX: hdd0\tmp\
As United said too, be sure to make sure your version on gta is BLES01807.

Be sure to rename the sprx to GTA.sprx too, if that doesn;t work id recommend doing a fresh install mate and then reinstalling the mods, good luck anyways.
