The best thing to use to edit game saves would be Bruteforce Savadata. It works really good. Well depending on if the game save can be modded. Just copy the save to your USB, transfer it to bruteforce, right click, and hit apply cheats. If the save has any cheats on the database, you'll see a few cheats pop up.
