What happen was I changed my *IDPS in toolbox toEID5 (CEX) to access online and when I went to PSN PATCH i pressed x to patch it but when i Exited it I got black screen, with these shiny dust speckles in the backround
Now I can play games and play homebrew but whenever I exit them I get A black screen

Disable rebug mode. You don't need it enabled. And instead of using rebug toolbox to get online, enable webman instead. It works better and you don't have to enter rebug toolbox every time. But you have to input your CID into webman

Don't use PSN Patch.

Disabling sys calls will cause this at times, which is what X does in psnpatch. So don't use that and all should work.
