I dont know if im the only with this problem but i did turn off firewall but i cant get a single rtm tool to work because *ill extract the file using winrar with the rtm tool in it and 5 second later it disappears and windows cant find the application!! so could i please get some help, thanks

Your antivirus is removing the files. Turn off real time protection.

Sounds like your antivirus is blocking tools! Disable it.
