Neither, don't use any of them. They'll cause you more harm than good.

Depends on the game but PSNINJA before PSN Patch. i use them both myself.

Personally if your on rebug just hit R2 + Triangle after loading up your game through webman or multiman, opening a homebrew, etc. This will clear the history files and disable CFW.
