Because im having some issues with my ps3 (messed up all setting)
I want a fresh ps3 again with just package manager etc installed

What you mean delete all your jailbroken stuff? Like what homebrew apps etc

1. Boot ps3 into recovery mode
2. Select option "restore ps3 system"
This will format your hdd and wipe everything (games,saves,etc)
When it is finished, it will ask you for your last syscall (last cfw installed)
3. Install your last cfw

Done.
