How do you know it is an IP ban and not an account or CID ban?

If it is a CID ban, using another CID for that game will get you past that.

Not sure about IP ban, if thats even a thing..but I suppose you could run a vpn through your ps3 to spoof your IP..

Basically Change Your CID (Console ID) Then Make A New Account And If Still Console Banned On BO2 Youve Probs Been Mac Address Banned As Im Mac Addressed Banned On BO3

Make sure it isnt just an account ban, try a different account, if your still banned change your CID, if your still banned then you can either Use a VPN or get a dynamic IP address. If you turn off your router and turn it back on the IP might chage, that wll mean you are dynamic, if it doesnt then it might mean you are static. if your not sure Call your ISP and have them change your IP.

if that doesnt work you are going to have to get a VPN
