I would say you login to your account on the SPRX-creators site and look for an update or FAQ.
If I was you I would look into the routers configuration and compare your port mapping with the old one. Maybe you could do a router update or something.

If you got a new IP along with your new router, then you'll need to tell the owner of the SPRX you use to change it because bought menus are usually IP locked.
