i have a question, can you change the region/ID for Rap files? (and if yes what piece of program or tools should i use ) let's say the game's ID is NPUB31652 but the rap file you got is NPEB02128 can you edit it (just like you edit the Param SFO to change the game's Id or Region ) and get it to work?

idk about converting the file but if this is for dlc:

1. Install it and apply .rap
2. Go to dev_hdd0/game/content'sregion/and there you will find the files to the DLC
3. Copy them to dev_hdd0/yourgame'sregion/

Oh. not that, it's just i couldn't find the rap that matches the region i've got, and i was wondering if i can edit it, change the ID (just like how we change game id's form BLES to BLUS ) and manage to active the version i have with that rap file.
