When I download the 3.55 Dex downgrader and put it in my ps3, I go to system update > via storage media, and when I click on it it says 4.65 instead of 3.55, i'm not quite sure if I should install it anyways.*

Resolved the issue myself. Had 5 other USBs plugged in so it wasn't picking up my Update USB. 😂
