I took the PS3 more than 200 times apart

What is the error code?

no light = 0
blue light = 1

Assuming you have a proper fat32 formatted mini sd card, e3 flasher's been updated etc, it is usually mostly about pressure between the clip and the NOR chip. Try using a clamp to get evenly distributed pressure.

I flashed my ps3, my dump files were OK, but when I restart my PS3 with the blu-ray in and hdd in I get a black screen (no signal) and no hdd light on the console, what now? I'm bricked :'(

If you are GLOD after flash then you need to flash a good backup to the console (if you have one..). It's all you can do..
