You shouldn't update to a brand new CFW until after Enstone updates CCAPI. On all the 4.81 CFW's i've posted i put a warning at the very top warning that CCAPI and other homebrew won't work until it's been updated to work on 4.81 CFW so if you didn't read and just updated anyway or ignored it then you've got no one to blame but yourself.

Only way of modding is using SPRX's but since i take it you are on CEX your kinda out of luck as most SPRX require a DEX PS3
