Can we convert PS2 ISOs to PS3 games? i used to convert my PSP ISOs to PS3 games and worked like a charm! is it possible for PS2 games?

no need to convert them, just rip a ps2 disc to your laptop and drag the .iso to your console and put it in the ps2 folder, now you will need cobra enabled for this to work correctly if using iso method, also if your on cex the iso will only work if your console region is the same as the disc and if your on dex you will need to go to region in debug settings and set your region or the region of the iso there is tuts on this on youtube but none i've seen mention the regions

Yeah i know all about that, i just wanted to convert the game to PS3 disc so i can connect my CCAP to add some cheats. see i've been going through all my PS2 games and i decided to revisit some of these awesome titles like Shin Megami Tensei Nocturne, Devil Summoner, Digital Devil Saga and right now i'm playing Xenosaga Episode I, and i don't have as much time to play games as before to grind and spend 100's of hours on one title, i really miss the older Gen and i want to replay those games to enojy the story and revisit all those places ya know XD

i seen a tut on it somewhere before, not sure where but there was on for finding offsets on netcheat on ps2 games via target manager but idk where i seen that, i think he had them set up to play though ps2 classic application which i never liked. theres always classic iso modding with ps2 games, and i know that was a thing on ps2 you could apply cheats with but that was for modded ps2 consoles, wouldn't be had anyways i just never spent the time to work it out as i don't play ps2 games anymore. i do remember converting ps2 games to ps3 games with a conversion tool way back that converted the ps2 games to digital psn games, just look into that might work for you.

Well that was the whole point of this post. i searched everywhere but couldn't find a away around it, i learned how to convert PSP to PS3 but nothing on the PS2 to PS3.
