update your console above 4.21 and then install a spoof if needed.
example, if on 4.81 on a cex console then you just need to delete system calls with psn patch or something like that and clear history with ps ninja or something like that and you can go online, if you wanna use a firmware like 4.46 you will need to get a spoofer, if you are on a dex converted console then i recommend going to a 4.70+ firmware then you will not need a spoofer, i would recommend spoofing anyways but thats up to you
